Jap-chae잡채 (Vermicelli Noodles)

Japchae is a fried dish that is sweet vermicelli noodle,thinly slices of beef,
and different kinds of vegetables. It is usually prepared with carrots, green onion,
spinach, shiitake mushrooms and green peppers. The noodles are gray when raw
and turn almost Yellowish when cooked (plus its popular nickname, glass noodles).
When cooked correctly, they retain a chewy texture.This is a Korean traditional
food that can be served in annivasaries or at International Day at School.

Types of Korean STEW


Bu-dae Chi-gae"부대찌개(Sausage+KimChi Stew)

Sausage+KimChi Stew is famous mostly in asian countries. the main
ingredients are Korean Kim chi and many types of korean sausages.
Its spice is popular in Winter because we can enjoy eating delicious
meal with the Family. This kind of idea was from the Korean War
where the American soldiers, having ideas of Sausages in America
and Korean soldiers having ideas Kim Chi in Korea. This stew nickname
is "Army Stew"



Gam-ja-tangSpicy감자탕(Pork+potato Stew)


Pork+potato Stew is known as Korean traditional food which is really fun
to eat with elders. In Korean history, grandmothers had tear the meat
and placed on the spoon of a grandson. The broth is made from the pigs
backbone.This dish is known to be rich in proteins, calcium and Vitamin B1
(from the pork bones)This Gam-ja-tang is known to be rich in proteins,
calcium and Vitamin B1 (from the pork bones).

비빔냉면BibimNaeng-myun(Spicy Buckwheat Noodles)

Bibim Naeng Myun is a popular noodle dish that is enjoyed by spicy food lovers, especially during the hot summers. A bowl of the soup broth used in mul naengmyeon or plain broth from the boiled noodles itself are often served on the side as a complimentary soup.
Aside from it's spiciness, its ingredients are very similar to regular naeng myun, thin noodles typically made from arrowroot or buckwheat flour, garnished with slice of beef or pork, a boiled half egg, Asian pear, and cucumbers. Some restaurants place crushed ice and serve it as in a metalic boil .


냉면Naeng-myun(Buckwheat Noodles)

Naeng Myun means cold noodles and it is one of Koreans favorite dishes during the summer. Many restaurants that sells Naeng Myun and Bibin Naeng-myung are successful during the summer. According to the 19th century documents of Dongguksesigi (동국세시기, 東國歲時記), Naeng-Myun has been made since the Joseon Dynasty.
Mainly in northern Korea, especially the cities of Pyongyang(Capital city
of North Korea), naengmyeon became popular in Korea after the Korean War.

Gỏi cuốn (Summer roll)

Goi cuon is also known as Vietnamese Traditional food using pork,
shrimp, herbs, rice noodles and wrapped in rice paper. Goi cuon
arent served as fried. Goi cuon are known as "Vietnamese Rolls" or
" Soft Rolls" in the other western countries.Goi cuon have become
more popular in Cambodia, Thailand, and Laos as well as in Canada
and the US or wherever there are Vietnamese people. They are
popular due to promoting Vietnamese Food on TV.
Summer rolls are served with a special sauce named tương xào
and ground Che Dau mixed with tamarind water, garlic and coconut
water (or broth), In the West, Goi Cuon is known as Vietnamese style Snack.

Bánh chưng(Steamed Cake)




Banh Chung is a traditional Vietnamese cake which is made from Rice, Bean,

pork and other ingredients. Its legend of Lang Liêu, a prince of

the sixth Hung Vuong, who became Hùng Vương's successor thank

to his creation of bánh chưng and Banh Day, which means the earth

and the sky. This cake is mostly eaten in occasion like TET , the

making and eating bánh chưng during TET is a very pleased moment

of the year. Even though its not TET, Vietnamese people often make

Banh Chung as their Cuisine.

Phở (Noodle Soup)


Pho is Vietnam's National food. Almost everyone in the world would prefer Pho as their
breakfast. This food sells almost everywhere in Vietnam. You can eat pho when going to work, going back home from work.
Many of Foreign people who lived in Vietnam for a long time and going back to their
country, often says that " i wish i could eat pho again"
People have DIFFERENT tastes of Pho.
They often squeeze Lime into the Noodle soup,
puts different types of Herbs in it.

There are about 3 kinds of Meat u can put into.

2) Sliced Beef meat(Boiled)
3)Beef Tendon
